Why does my state have additional requirements for selling CBD products? What states have different rules?

States are empowered by the 2018 Farm Bill to administer industrial hemp programs that meet the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) standards, which have not yet been published.  State laws can vary significantly and are rapidly evolving. Check state and local laws before purchasing CBD products.
